Ever since reading Tony Robbins and David Deida many years ago, I've been inspired to find my purpose and then live as close to it as possible. Recently I have come across Simon Sinek who talks a lot about finding your why. Sinek says on his start-with-why web site: "Everyone has a WHY. Your WHY is the purpose, cause, or belief that inspires you. Knowing your WHY gives you a filter to make choices, at work, and at home that will help you find greater fulfilment in all that you do."
One of the best books I've read about healthy eating and living.

New York people from all walks of life tell stories of life, love, and everything else in between.
What a book, what a guy. Quietly, humbly, and based on his own direct experience, Tim has come up with the much sought after theory of everything - without even mentioning the term once. Respect.
This film is not out yet in Sweden - as far as I can see. But I am soooo looking forward to seeing it.
From their web site: "Leaving the rat race behind, a family of five embarks on the journey of a lifetime. They travel the ends of the earth searching for a new perspective on life. During five years on six continents they seek out tribal sages never filmed or interviewed before. DOWN to EARTH reveals the deep wisdom they found and its power to transform lives. This film is the starting point for a people-powered change, based on the wisdom of the Keepers of the Earth."

Beautifully written book with the author's own black and white photos. Warning! Don't read if you are attached to your spiritual concepts.
